Apprendre à lire - CP is a French learning application developed by a team of teachers from the Ecole de l'Enfant à la Ville (School of the Child) in the area of education for children with special needs.
What is the goal of the application?
Our goal is to teach children to read in French and in the French language, using a learning method that is fun and easy to use. The application offers different courses that are meant to be taken one after another in order to learn the whole French language.
This app is intended for children in the first year of schooling, that is, for children from 5 to 7 years old. It aims to teach them to read in their mother tongue, using a method based on the sounds of their language. It is also possible to learn to write and to learn the vocabulary.
